He can be taught!

So Lavell has had a hard week. A recurring lick spot earned him 4 days in the cone of shame. While wearing the cone he developed a "see no evil" mentality and began to wander in the neighbors field across the street. Maybe he thought that if he couldn't see us, we couldn't see him?

This meant he also landed himself on the chain, in the cone of shame--it was quite pathetic.

Once the cone came off he had a renewed sense of himself as was able to withstand one of the greatest temptations I have ever seen.

Keep in mind, Lavell is innately a bird dog.

No this is not a scene from a horror movie. Sometimes we get these huge flocks of birds in the fields.
